Dictation
The clinician must restate the note aloud.
Alena uses the conversation that already took place during the consultation.
For clinicians and healthcare organisations
An AI scribe turns the patient conversation into a draft clinical note using your organisation's template. You review and complete it.
We start with one use case and your quality criteria.

01 / The task we take off your plate
After the conversation, clinicians still have to reconstruct complaints, transfer details, and complete fields. Alena prepares the first draft.
Stay present in the conversation instead of dividing every exchange between the patient and the keyboard. The dialogue itself becomes the source for the note.
Start with populated fields instead of a blank template. Clarify and complete the points that require your clinical judgement.
Agree the note structure for the selected use case and review every result against consistent criteria.

Technology designed around people
Every note begins with a conversation. Alena helps capture its details while the clinician stays present with the patient.
02 / From conversation to clinical note
Each field can be checked against what was said. Open the source in the example: the supporting statement stays linked to the fact.
Clinician and patient dialogue.
Facts structured to your clinical template.
The clinician clarifies and approves.
What brings you in today?
My throat has felt scratchy for three days. I haven't had a fever.
Have you taken any medication?
No, I haven't taken anything.
Fictional example. The note is abbreviated.
Cough and shortness of breath were not discussed in this excerpt. Alena leaves them for the clinician to clarify.
This button demonstrates the review step and does not create a clinical note.
03 / Why Alena
The value lies in producing a structured clinical draft that is easy to review, beyond speech recognition alone.
The clinician must restate the note aloud.
Alena uses the conversation that already took place during the consultation.
The clinician must provide the text, explain the task, and specify the format.
Alena organises facts into fields agreed in advance.
The supporting statement must be found in the conversation.
Alena keeps each fact linked to its source and flags points that need clarification.
Workflow comparison. The capabilities of individual services depend on their configuration.
04 / Oversight and boundaries
Alena assists with documentation. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or approve a note on a clinician's behalf.
The clinician checks the facts, corrects the wording, and adds clinical conclusions. Anything not discussed remains an open question.
The pilot can use a local recognition and analysis workflow. Before the pilot, we agree the infrastructure, access controls, retention, and deletion of recordings.
We define how recording consent, staff workflows, and transfer of the draft into your clinical system will operate.
Before the pilot
During the pilot, we compare documentation time with and without Alena, the number of edits, and note completeness. We agree the criteria before we begin and assess results in your use case.
We start with one consultation type. Together with the participating clinicians, we agree the fields, wording, and review workflow.
Before launch, we define the draft format and how it will be transferred into your clinical information system. We assess the integration scope and required technical work separately.
Russian, Tajik, Uzbek, and mixed-language speech can be evaluated during the pilot. We test recognition quality and clinical wording in the languages your team needs.
05 / Next step
The pilot will show how much manual documentation Alena can remove for your team and what must be refined before implementation.
The first meeting covers your use case, requirements, and evaluation plan.Department, consultation type, languages, and data handling rules.
